Who Are We?
Our team is made up of highly skilled and experienced professionals who are passionate about what they do.
Our Founding Partner, Shruti Deshpande, is a lawyer qualified to practice in Indian courts and a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, USA. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from the University of London and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) – International. Her experience spans over one and a half decades across 50+ global jurisdictions covering a wide range of industries and sectors.
